With Iowa's former governor returning as Agriculture secretary, the Iowa congressional delegation wants USDA to include custom cattle feeders in any new changes for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). Some aid payments under the program that were approved last month by outgoing Secretary Sonny Perdue are still under review by the Biden administration.
