USDA on Tuesday announced $6 million from the Environmental Quality Incentives Program to assist farmers and ranchers hit by wildfires in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The funds can be used for grazing lands, rebuilding fences and protecting damaged watersheds.

May corn was down 1/4 cent, May soybeans were down 1 1/2 cents, and May Chicago wheat was down 2 1/4 cents.
